Recommend it for couples looking for airport convenience

So we ended up having dinner instead of breakfast which was surprisingly good considering the mixed reviews we read about the food here and the room was basic but had everything we needed like comfy pillows that felt great after a long travel day

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable

Really friendly staff at the reception desk, everything is lovely. The room is great-sized and good standard and equipped with central heating, a private safe and a flat-screen TV...

Came here for 1 day, the hotel was relaxing and good standard, it had ideal location adjacent to the resturant, which offered key cereals, chopped fruit and a hot English Breakfast buffet, London s lovely attractions and terminal two.

The staff were very rude, didn't expect that coming.

Suite with all required extras.

We were given practical, compact room with comfortable bed. Had a delicious breakfast with pastries, yogurts plus hot dishes.

I enjoyed delicious food.

Wanted to explore Hounslow and this hotel was reasonable base for doing it. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of food and hot drinks. You could walk to supermarkets and shops.

Staff attitude was excellent and, after spending 4 weeks travelling England and Italy, it was good to finish our trip with friendly hotel personnel. Pace of the hotel was also in keeping with our requirement.

Very close to the airport yet no noise from the aircrafts

The rooms are very small. There was a fire alarm at 1.30am!! Due to people smoking in one of the rooms, however the staff didnt seem to know how to handle the situation

convenient for Heathrow stop over. Food in restauarant for dinner was good quality 'pub style' food. Breakfast was average but good enough. Rooms have all been reneovated recently but very small.

Room wasnt ready even at 5.30pm even though booking was from 2pm. Staff were not proactive or helpful in addressing this - we had to suggest that the manager might apologise and offer us even a drink while we waited with 2 babies for nearly an hour after arriving from a long flight.

When I made my booking, I was provided a link by a colleague, but for the wrong night (1 night previous to the one I wanted). When I tried to rearrange this, I was told I would not get a refund, so effectively paid twice for my stay. It is disgraceful that the Ramada is so inflexible or has to scratch around for every penny it can muster. It would have cost very little (if anything) to amend my booking, and would have shown genuine attention to customer service. As it is, the stay left a bitter taste in my mouth.

It was good value for what we required, we were pleased with the quality and standard of the hotel. Good value compared with hotels 20 minutes nearer london.

Room rate good, add on's of car parking, breakfast tend to push the price up

Location to Heathrow and facilities ie wifi and shuttle.

The lack of effort made by the staff. Listed under this hotels services was an airport shuttle so, when making the booking, I gave details of my arriving flight and requested a pickup. Despite this, no one met us at the airport requiring us to catch a taxi. The shuttle was actually a local airport bus that went around the local hotels on a schedule. This is fine but it would of been nice to get a reply from the hotel clarifying this. We booked the family room (2 adults, 2 children) but had to pull out the fold out couch ourselves and even go back to reception to ask for bed linen for it so we could make it. The bathroom only had one set of towels in it (I think there may have been a second set in a cupboard). The following morning, having talked to reception staff about our return trip to Heathrow, we purchased shuttle tickets from the machine in the lobby and waited there with our bags for the 1245 shuttle (the staff confirmed it was ok to wait there). At 1300 I asked about the shuttles timing to find out the shuttle had already been and gone (the driver had come into reception and signed the log held there). Limited on time we got reception to order a taxi. 30 minutes later at 1330, still with no taxi, the bus returned so we got on it. Disappointed with being originally missed I asked the driver about his 1245 pick up. We obviously missed him in the lobby but he did confirm the reception staff had seen him. The location and facilities/services provided here are good but our overall experience was poor due to a continuous stream of events caused by an apparent 'I don't care' attitude from the staff towards their guests. I won't be staying here again and would recommend others don't either.

Excellent location with transport links to all airport terminals. The staff were helpful and friendly; and the hotel was clean and confortable.
